Today’s sessions focused on two powerful topics that are key to shaping the future of education and business:
1️⃣ Generation Delta: Nurturing the Next Generation of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Women Professors – This insightful discussion shed light on the need for diversity in academia, empowering BAME women to rise to leadership roles and contribute their expertise to the academic world.
2️⃣ Corporate Governance – We delved into the objectives and importance of corporate governance, including its relevance in Nigeria’s evolving business landscape. From understanding its core principles to discussing the benefits of good corporate governance, participants gained valuable insights on how sound governance practices drive transparency, efficiency, and sustainable development.
